About Me

As you probably already know by now, my name is Kevin Trehan! I recently graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) with a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts and Science and a minor in Computer Science. Some of my greatest passions in life include technology, video games, food, electronic music, and Google.

I aspire to work in the video game industry as an Environment Designer and Hard Surface Modeler. I want to be able to create worlds that other can be immersed in and remember for a lifetime. However, I have a broad range of technical skills ranging from design and development to computer hardware and system administration.

Because of my great passion for video games, I am heavily invovled with a charity organization called Extra Life. In a nutshell, Extra Life holds an annual 24-hour gaming marathon where the participants raise money for their local Children's Miracle Network hospital. As a resident of Indianapolis, all of the donations I receive go directly to Riley Hospital for Children. This will be my 6th year participating in this event!

Over the past few years, Extra Life has been growing almost exponentially. As a result of the increased awareness, Extra Life has encouraged the formation of guilds. I am the Vice President of the Indy Guild! It has been a great opportunity and a humbling exprience to be so involved with such a great cause. The Extra Life event is one of my favorite days of the year!
